Appointments can either be scheduled by phone or using the above form. After you schedule, you will receive an email containing the appointment details.

If you scheduled an appointment by phone, you can cancel it by calling us back. If you scheduled an appointment online, you should have received an email at the address which you provided. The email will contain a link to cancel your appointment.

As of right now Excel does not offer any membership program, but that is something we are looking forward to creating in the future.
